Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for an AWS DevOps lead with 9+ years of experience. The role involves tasks such as software development, test automation, integration, continuous integration, and infrastructure management. The position is located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Qualifications :

- Software Development and Integration skills.

- Test Automation and Continuous Integration expertise.

- Experience in managing infrastructure.

- Strong knowledge of AWS technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Relevant AWS certifications are a plus.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Key Responsibilities :

Infrastructure Design and Management :

- Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure solutions using services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and more.

- EKS with ArgoCD and ECS deployment orchestration.

- Optimize cost and performance of cloud resources.

CI/CD Pipeline Development :

- Build and maintain scalable and efficient CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CodePipeline, Azure Devops Pipeline, etc.

- Automate deployments using AWS services (CodeDeploy, CodeBuild).

Configuration Management and Automation :

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK.

- Automate routine operational tasks using scripts (Python, Bash, etc. )

Monitoring and Incident Management :

- Set up robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using AWS CloudWatch, ELK stack, or Prometheus/Grafana.

- Lead incident response and troubleshooting for critical system outages.

Security and Compliance :

- Ensure systems meet security best practices (IAM policies, network security, vulnerability scanning).

- Implement AWS Well-Architected Framework principles for reliability, security, and efficiency.

Collaboration and Team Leadership :

- Work closely with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.

- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of DevOps excellence.
