Functional Consultant - Oracle NetSuite Modules (1-2 yrs)

Role Description :

- This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle Netsuite Functional Consultant with 5-8 years of experience at Human Forte in Gurugram.

- The consultant will be responsible for Order Management, Analytical Skills, Business Process, Oracle HR, and Procure-to-Pay tasks on a daily basis.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Order Management, Business Process, and Procure-to-Pay.

- Strong Analytical Skills.

- Experience with Oracle HR.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Oracle Netsuite certification is a plus.

Qualifications/Skills :

- Bachelors/Master degree preferred or comparable experience

- Solid understanding of inventory related transactions and movements within an ERP system

- Experience in one or more of the following sectors, Software and Services, Wholesale Distribution, Retail; Manufacturing

- Strong business analysis skills

- Exposure / passion for Cloud-related technologies

- Experience in systems applications consultancy with a consulting firm or software provider

- Successful candidates should have demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable world class business solutions

- Candidates should have excellent customer relationship acumen and experienced consulting skills to work with customers

- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

- Experience successfully delivering presentations via web conferencing

- Excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to core ERP processes

- Must have experience with financial application package and good understanding of accounting principles

- Experience in full cycle implementations of CRM, ERP and eCommerce applications desirable
