Looking for job change
I'm having 10 years of experience in project management with 19.5LPA fixed salary. Working as scrum master for last 2 years.
I feel I'm very much in my comfort zone, no growth in work and afraid of facing interviews. Feeling like other people are more talented and I won't crack interviews.
Seeking advice and guidance to break this dilemma.

This type of mental development leads to inferiority complex.
I suggest u to take some time to go on a travel, experience diverse emotions and environment.
This will give rebirth to your mentality.
Then u can take decisions

This is a classic case of getting too comfortable to make a move. Even if you're happy where you are, stepping out of your comfort zone is essential for growth. I know it can feel daunting, but a good way to start is by applying to companies you’re not particularly interested in. Use those interviews as practice to build confidence and reduce the pressure. That way, you’ll be prepared and ready when a real opportunity comes along.

You've had an impressive career so far. Focus on building on your strengths and experiences, rather than dwelling on perceived weaknesses.

I can imagine your path, read your comments, strongly suggest you get hands dirty on knowing the tech stuff. Your current skill will not take you far.
I have trained many folks to scale up in their career. I can train you as well if you are interested and its a paid training.
Reply if you are really interested! can dedicate atleast 2 hours for training and spend other 2 hours for learning.
