Worst culture I ever worked in.I thought initially that this is ' The thyssenkrupp'. The Indian management made it worst. Some baniya would have run this company better. They didn't had vision and approach. This was underworld like company where people didn't know if they will get back to home in the evening. Once you came to work you must sacrifice all your wealth( yes u read it right, they ask you to pay for travel, food on site) health, focus, confidence. I would never recommend this to anyone.
