1. They don't own any culture as such. You are at your clients mercy 2. They rely completely on one major client. Hardly any business development or engagements 3. The emphasis on internal projects is way too much. And the most funny part is they will reduce your hike in case ur not doing much on internal projects but in case if youactually do, they will say its of no use as money comes from client project and not internal. Complete hypocrisy 4. There is no support from the company in case if the Client is toxic and pushes you on ur knees 5. There is literally no learning after 5 months 6. Its not a consulting company. Rather its a staffing organisation. Not sure why its wearing this cape of Consulting company. 7. No appraisal mechanism at all. No financial growth 8. The concept of practice leads is completely flawed. The leads have no clue of any whereabouts of their team 9. Some Sub practice leads think they own the company. The reality being every employee makes fun of them. Very irritating top management except a few decent ones 10. Planning leads are super annoying. Hardly any 09 or Kinaxis projects running.
