I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. My workplace is onsite, not much sure what goes in their offices, but from what I heard from people around me its a job-secure company. If you are not on, or out of assignments, they won't fire you. They will try to set you up in other oppurtunities for reasonable amount of time. Salaries and bonuses on time. Good learning and training infrastructure, a lot for free.

Dislikes

Difficult to reach HR, no proper setup to reach them, Promotions and additional benefits almost dont exist/pretty slow. Poor hikes.
