ThinkSys is a very supportive company in all aspects during the lockdown, there is no cut in Salaries instead they are giving Appraisals also.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
