As a fresher you can get a good exposure of work but you have to do it on your own no KT, no Training, no support will be be provided.

Dislikes

Fake promises from management, worst admin and management ever seen, salary deductions for invalid reasons, immense pressure from managers, no value or reward for dediation if you are not licking your boss, no value of genuine employee, favioratism plays crusial role.

I drag myself to work, their is no satisfaction, appreciation or motivation to work their. They only wants money. Their lead policy was also made when their were clashes between the employees regarding their visits. Overall bad experience as it was my first job and also I was bounded by their legal bond.

Dislikes

No proper training is given to employee, no employee engagement no satisfaction in work. If targets are not met we need to come on Sundays and also we had to work 10hours instead 9hrs if candidates are not visiting and if they aren’t taking admission that’s not our fault. Also if visits come it’s not necessary they take admission because fees is very high.

Work Details

I work as a Business Development executive here and my work is cold calling where we get the sheets of candidates with their number and then we have to make leads out of them and they had to visit our company for detailed program discussion.
