Right before appraisals, one can surely be in a dilemma if they will be kicked out or no. So guys, thjnk 100 times. I was laid off in such a harsh time and no one listened my request I wasnt even allowed to serve my notice period. Lay offs, lay offs, lay off is very true here

NO JOB SECURITY CHANGE IN Management's decisions. They hired employees from different location offering permanent wfh. Now they are forcing them to come to office. This created a lot of financial burden on employees Management promotes long working hrs and even ask employees to work over weekends. Silent firing is very common during appraisal period

Expert in Blame Game & Politics . They don't have any clarity what they are doing and they will fire you for no reason. Hire Product People forProduct leadership team. Work life balance is poor Employees hard work is not appreciated much Appraisals are below standard Similar kinds of projects are given most of the times Performance review process is very poor and very useless They have 4 reviews in an year, 1 review every 3 months and even before completion of 3 months the self review is done There is no proper checks to validate the performance

Growth and learning opportunities. Good benefits for employees

No wfh option, and very strict wfo policy. Even if you by any chance get wfh approval, you are asked to compensate it on a friday by going to office.

Salaries are on par with product companies. Company is very feedback oriented and HRs ensure that employees are heard properly. Rotation between projects after spending enough time in a project. Good skill development in analytics.

Company policies are a bit fickle. Lot of work pressure.
