Right before appraisals, one can surely be in a dilemma if they will be kicked out or no. So guys, thjnk 100 times. I was laid off in such a harsh time and no one listened my request I wasnt even allowed to serve my notice period. Lay offs, lay offs, lay off is very true here

NO JOB SECURITY CHANGE IN Management's decisions. They hired employees from different location offering permanent wfh. Now they are forcing them to come to office. This created a lot of financial burden on employees Management promotes long working hrs and even ask employees to work over weekends. Silent firing is very common during appraisal period

Expert in Blame Game & Politics . They don't have any clarity what they are doing and they will fire you for no reason. Hire Product People forProduct leadership team. 1. Managers here are tech bullies. They won't help you if you cannot think like them. 2. There is NO SCOPE of LEARNING. 3. There is standard process of execution in any project. There is no documentation. You are supposed to work like pro from the 1st day without proper KT and documents. 4. Very toxic culture, everybody is busy in work and pleasing clients that they don't have time for others. 5. New team members are kept isolated by other team members. 6. People are ready to judge you at every step on every word you say. 7. Managers will think you are dumbest person on the planet if you ask any basic question. And then your quarterly rating will go down and will be labelled as dumb. And with in 2 months you will be kicked out from the organization. 8. Don't dare to take your concerns to the HR. They will puke everything without filter to your manager and then you are gone. 9. If you are experienced and wanted to switch to data science then, this company is not for you. Infact this is not a data science company. This is a just business solution provider organization. Few projects are there, where people just fill excel sheets. 10.
