I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Work life balance is poor Employees hard work is not appreciated much Appraisals are below standard Similar kinds of projects are given most of the times Performance review process is very poor and very useless They have 4 reviews in an year, 1 review every 3 months and even before completion of 3 months the self review is done There is no proper checks to validate the performance
