Good encourage for developing new ideas and design

Dislikes

Salary issues giving to hand, but they splited 3 or 4 time give us salary. Not having job security. Office ongoing in house only not in corporate setup. Company already washed out now we are maintaining some major projects so only few people stay here. We are in danger zoon.

Nothing, it was a terrible experience, unsafe for women

Dislikes

There is no security or respect for women here. Especially from some admin staff. Had to use the computer of the admin for a couple of days, and unfortunately went searching through the Google history in order to find a link that I had referred to earlier, what I found as a woman was appalling. He had watched some links related to obscenity and later even some dating sites I found in the links, and it irked me to be working in that place anymore. Furthermore the bosses also were not understanding about it and just ushered me it'll not happen... It was disgusting to be around colleagues like that. So I quit....Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
