Management at the company is competent and ethical. Communication is good between all staff members. We work as a team at the company. The workload is evenly distributed in my department.

I dislike my salary.I know that people with my job earn better, in many companies in this area. And I see no reason why I shouldn't earn more. I want to ensure you that I discussed the issue with my manager but he didn't react positively. That's the reason why I eventually decided to look for a new job.
