This is a small business (low on funds) where one can find poverty and ill treating of staff and managers. The GMs and other seniors require uplifting/empowerment and training to ensure better work experiences for employees. The office has an unprofessional atmosphere. Requires intervention from authorities.

Work Details

No breaks at all. No safety for women staff on late night shifts. No security cameras. There is micro agression towards people from other states. Founders are too narrow-minded and stereotyped to foresee change in trends and skill levels.
