It was wonderful to work as a fresher in The Leather Laundry. They have a startup culture where you don't have formal dress code or get restricted based on departments or hierarchy rather based on your skills and commitment you are given much more opportunity to grow and learn. The owner herself is so humble that she is personally invested in the business, her work ethics is unparalleled as an owner as she is at office at 9am and leaves by 10pm and she is been hustling like this for a decade. She is very humble and open to new ideas and a great sense of inspiration. Well, nothing much to dislike except its work from office kind of job and work timings are 10 to 7pm. Rest it great , I like the fact it is no non-sense business where people spend time chit chatting and wasting time , rather here you will find people committed to work and ideally who become more focused on their life and career. Soif you are very casual and fun type of person looking for a job to pass time and have these jolly moments this is not the company But if you want to learn and grow in life and want a focused approach towards your career then this is the best company one can start or be a part of their professional journey...Read More
