Too much of Ad-hoc and dynamic work is assigned which is not described on prior-hand. Senior level management is good for nothing and doesn't care about employees. Employees are underpaid during appraisals (peanuts) whereas expenditure during office parties are very high. the work can be done from home also but unnecessarily they call you in office and the work load is too much. wokeing hours are only 9 but they give you so much work that unwillingly sometimes you have to stay up till late

Too much politics. Does not care about employees. The head HR “Amit Karaliya” is was too arrogant and full of himself. He thinks everyone is below him and has arrogance while having a conversation.
