Working at house of abhinandan lodha has been a very challenging experience, particularly in terms of work life balance. Employees are required to work from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM , with minimal breaks, which is exhausting and unsustainable. Weekends are no exception, as rostered days off are often removed without notice, and there is little or no flexibility for personal time. What's even more concerning is the lack of support when requesting leave. Management has a tendency to pressure and even threaten employees for taking time off , and the work cultures feels punitive. There's constant pressure to meet unrealistic sales targets, and daily debriefs at the end of long workdays are filled with harsh criticism if targets aren't met. This high-pressure environment with little consideration for employees well being created a very stressful atmosphere, and it's clear that work life balance is not a priority here.
