No Job security, Hectic working hours, poor work culture, company policies are only profit-making with no benefits to employees, Too many people in management,etc.

Job security is poor, Career growth depends on on-going projects, salary is more than a month delayed, people leave or are forced to leave, the work environment is clean and structured, poor work-life balance, etc.
