Pls dnt join this company.. HR is very bad here..he doesnt have any knowledege of payroll and will deduct your amount without any reason., n no management is not good here.. Not even good environment to talk to anyone..they dnt even have manners to tlk to each other....pls dnt join at aurangabad..u will get into depression

company proving to bad accommodation, and sallary we are getting at 15 to 25 date ,but the monthly sallary generate is 25 to 25 ,they are not providing pf facilities, dont have a varities of food .over all to bad experience,

Over all to bad experience, working hrs is too long , if is there any banquet function so we are working like donkey at 16 to 17hrs, they don't proving monthly 4 off

Work culture was so poor there. Senior executive and FOM behaviour was so unprofessional. Specially Mr amandeep singh always using swearing and agressive tone to talk to there juniors female staff and disrespect them. And fom always supports them. Very bad place for female staff. I never recommend any female to go there to start there career. She will be treated like a servent there. And there is no one to listen to your complaint....Read More

Duty time is almost Ok. Staff accommodation provided near hotel. Staff is good. Festival celebrated. Vegetarian Hotel.

Salary comes after 20th of month even on 25 . Pf is not contributed by company so staff have to pay double itself. Salary comes cash for non pf employees. For pf employees they give cheque.

If you are in managerial position, they give you the opportunity to take decisions on your own.

I don't know about all the hotels but in which i am working is a pathetic one. I joined here just because of the name fern hotels and resorts but when i came here and saw the condition of koolwal kothi its pathetic. I am Just waiting for my 6 months to complete and get my experience letter and get away from the koolwal kothi The staaf is not working properly. Chewing tobaccos in the kitchen and As i am the most junior in my kitchen so they are just treating me like a labour and they are not even teaching me some new things. They are not doing shift properly if they want to drink alcohol leaving the kitchen as thier choice....Read More
