Work culture is good. There is togetherness and unitynamomgst staff members. Good place to work for ladies. Salary is decent.

Dislikes

Internal politics and bias & preferences. Lagging in technology ugradation. Systems & procedures very orthodox with lot of paper work

Good for freshers, you get knowledge of multiple domains.

Dislikes

Improper management of staff transfer, Hr does not listen to your concern, no performance incentives, no User acceptance test conducted by IT team, nor it listens for suggestions. No knowledge upgradation for all staffs.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
