* very very very less salaries * no joining bonus * promotions are very late(takes nearly 7 years ) * work timings are very poor(morning 9 am to evening 7pm)(seven days in the week are working days) * no week off. * main disadvantage is that they take original certificates before joining. * Salary increments are negligible(nearly rs.750/- per year for upto 5 years)
