I have been working in this institution for a good few months now and all that I can say is that the support, nurturing towards my goals and encouragement that I have received from the boss as well as my seniors has been absolutely ineffable. I started my career as an HR from this company. It has been a wonderful journey here. The colleagues were very professional. I learnt a lot of things here. A great place to start your career as a HR. They are patient teaching and very supportive.

Dislikes

I enjoyed my time here both learning and having fun. They welcomed me with open hands and did guide me my entire tenure. There is nothing I dislike about 'The career coach'.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
