Since day 1 of my work till now, I haven't thought of anything that I didn't like or anything that needed to improve. I think for the employee 3 things are very important when he/she is working 1. Job guarantee 2. Work environment 3. Salary The rest of the things will go into place if the above things are set in any company.

The best part is senior working here never put pressure on any employee even if the required task is urgent or need by EOD. They always help and try to nullify the pressure. The tasks are very well disturbed among the employees based on their skills & experience which helps us to perform more better.
