No because no job security no salary credit on time,

Work balance: No work balance no personal life in this company. Work culture: work culture is also bad only partiality. If you are boss special then you are good employee for managements. Incentive: Not to pay employee on time to time their must be delay 4/5 month’s. Salary: Every month salary deducted is very high due to your basistargets not achieved. Staff : 75% Ladies in this office but if you are men’s leader then you are not safe in this company because 95% employees are under graduate so people mentality is very chief. Job security : Hr is very much supporting but final decision taken by shaily she will be take decision on suddenly basis she order to Hr pls asked to some person……………….put down you paper on immediately basis not a singal day as a consider for your Notice period. For my personal suggestion don’t join this company because no job security,Not a singal festival day celebration in this company....Read More
