Great place to work and gain experiance,adequate training available,Salaries are on or before time,One gets all dues before travelling,You never loose a job unless do some illegal acts,Lots to gain experiances working on diffrent sites

Head office management is almost poor,few in there to help you rest all busy in passing time,operation managers never bother to visit sites unless client has a major complaint or party time,wrong people sitting on RIGHT PLACES",you never get a direct flight during Vacation period,Suggestion for those who leaving for good..NEVER LEAVE QATAR UNLESS U HAVE A PAPER OF FINAL EXIT",salary increments depend on mood of Operation managers,Hint of Racism.does exist....Read More

Work Details

I started my work with Exxonmobil Project in begining was so upsetting feel but later on i enjoyed working there,learnt safety at best(can challenge any top level HSE Manager...lolz) though i am not NEBOSH Certified,it was a great learning period for me.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
