There didn't have enough projects. So I got lot of time to learn new things online.

No transparency. I saw lot of management people leave the company but when the employees asked we didn't get the proper status the company was at. They didn't even share what are the project they had in hand. Every time I questioned about the salary they just ask me to wait.

Work policy: Whenever the company was not able to pay the electricity bill they sent us to home and call it as work from home.

They will not give salary. No work ethics. They didnt paid me 5 months and deducted 3 months salary for not serving notice period. Still they didnt give my balance amount. No respect for employees. No projects to work. They asked me to work on training content.
