I have spend my 10 years in this company. Work culture is very good. Top management is very supportive. But I like the most is Company really take care of their employees in terms of life security. Company has given 50 lakh additional term insurance to all his employees during covid threat. Also given vaccine reimbursement policy. Overall I am very satisfied to work in this company.

Travel policies need to be revised.

Management should be must contact with directly Each and every Employee individually and asked them what's going on down start. It is not possible also when u did this the company will get more profit
