Very poor management..specially in the CEA team, the TLs manager and Senior Manager only do favouritism..If you raise your point of view they will start tourchering you, no matter what other people are doing but they will be against you and they will ask about your time and motion..No raise or growth for the deserving and hardworking employees only Chatu or favourite employees can survive here...No fair treatment most of the tenure agents are #nothappyhere...Read More

Insecurity of job and quality staff is terrible. They won't support you in anything not approachable. I have horrible experience after working in pilot batch and promoted as a Quality. They didn't accept my revoke request and not even asked me once the reason for resignation. I will not recommend anyone working there in Telus International

Just to promote their family & friends they are promoting and giving the team managerial role to really incompetent people who doesn't even know the mean of team management and other aspects of this role. It's all a good company trying to achieve all. It tries to take care of it's employee if you get a neutral HRBP.

My HRBP bends down to my manager. Manager being into the girls, he always preferred them. If he likes that girl, and you are on break with her, your job is done in next 3 months. By experience was bad because of my Manager.

Every TM is toxic; no one is genuine with one another; some are arrogant, while others engage in gaslighting. Many TMs believe that they are the best, and that no one can compete with them. Seniors are the worst backbenchers in my opinion; some are immature and have not matured since puberty. Even my TL is full of grumbling and has no sense of humor. He wants minions to follow him around and do dirty work until the person reaches a breaking point. This organization does not offer casual or public holidays. Management is worst no support, whenever you ask for solution only you will get excuses. You can be kicked out anytime with XYZ reason. No work life balance total worst. Cab facility is totally trash they will drop you one hour before your shift and nobody cares.

Telus is a very well known and also my experience with telus is very wonderful but the prossec I am working in is not at all good no work balance but if I talk about it’s an amazing company to work with as fresher ambiance is amazing cab facilities on time salary’s perfect ☺️
