It's all a good company trying to achieve all. It tries to take care of it's employee if you get a neutral HRBP.

Dislikes

My HRBP bends down to my manager. Manager being into the girls, he always preferred them. If he likes that girl, and you are on break with her, your job is done in next 3 months. By experience was bad because of my Manager.

Telus International has few people at Executive level who donot understand the complexity of business since they do not have the expertise and still want to run the show without considering any suggestions or views from the expert team member. This stubborn attitude of management has already affected the team & business this year and there are chances that they loose the game in coming years. The benefits they are providing are good.

Dislikes

Their amazon process is worst, the management gave lot of pressure to their employees in terms of and terminate them frequently, there is no work ethics and the politics they do is the biggest challenge. No one can survive in this type of atmosphere if the management is not supportive.
