Their amazon process is worst, the management gave lot of pressure to their employees in terms of and terminate them frequently, there is no work ethics and the politics they do is the biggest challenge. No one can survive in this type of atmosphere if the management is not supportive. Some the manager do not gave respect to TLs. Promises are not made by higher management. I should sya that earlier management was nice and the culture was good earlier. Old management gave value to tanure employees.

It's all a good company trying to achieve all. It tries to take care of it's employee if you get a neutral HRBP.

My HRBP bends down to my manager. Manager being into the girls, he always preferred them. If he likes that girl, and you are on break with her, your job is done in next 3 months. By experience was bad because of my Manager.
