Dislikes

Nothing that I disliked - yeah, if you are too amitious on growing up the hierarchy, you must note that it is more of a flat hierarchy and you are free to move horizontally as much as you like, but vertical movement doesn't work like it normally works in Service Industry. But, I do not see it as a Con. Company has been awesome to me and I tried to reciprocate as much as I could.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

They have one automation framework and forcefully ask all to adopt it, by this what happens is the one who work on that framework will only get knowledge, others don't have the option to try new things.
