Job security and the feeling that all of us are in the same boat, but unfortunately, that boat doesn't seem to be going anywhere. We are only working to see the company growing, we sacrifice a lot for the company but the company is very very tardy in terms of announcing basic benefits like increments and not even clearing its stand on such policy changes.

The delay in increments became a norm but this time, looks like they are even thinking if they should continue with the increment system. The salaries are definitely no longer per the industry standards. The company refuses to make a payment towards the internet and electricity costs. The top management individuals get internet dongles from the company (I guess) but the middle management, doesn't get it with an argument that they are getting good salaries. Also, the electricity cost is not paid and that is a very high proportion during summers due to the Indian hot summers wherein the employees have to use separate AC if they decide to work in a separate room to e able to focus. The inflation has increased so much and the delay from the company's side to correct the salaries is unacceptable even if they later decide to increase the salaries. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
