You have to catch your work by yourself. If you believe that something will come to you and give you growth or opportunity you are at wrong place. You have to work for yourself here.

Dislikes

Find yourself in a group which promotes you to grow otherwise it will be waste of time for you and your company. Also there are restrictions to Decision making, Boss is always right is the Theme.
