You don't see micromanagement and have the chance to grow yourself. The exposure in my department is good . You can be yourself apply a whole lot of creativity to your work.

No structured or streamlined processes.. The basics IT, HR and Payroll are a mess. And senior leadership treats KS resources as call centre agents.. Appraisals are well below Industry average
