I recently interviewed with teleperformance and was offered the job.I was ready to join but decided to check the company's reviews beforehand,and what I found was concerning.During the onboarding process,the HR representatives were quide rude to me which raised a red flag,then I decided not to join through.Then a HR from the consultancy(Infinity placement services) they have partnered with called and started screaming at me asked about my professionalism.I pointed out the rude behavior of TP HR's.This experience made me realize that if HR department is so toxic,it's likely that the other people in the hierarchy might be as well.I would strongly advice against joining this company and do research before joining any company. The consultancy(Infinity placement services)people are extremely frustrating.More than 5-6 people kept on asking my registered id repeatedly and annoyed me to no end. TP HR were more concerned about my stay in Chennai and wanted me to give the address before joining. when I mentioned that I will take time to decide my stay HR said "Update me by EOD". in very rude tone.What kind of behaviour was that. While onboarding that senior HR of TP said u will not get the Offer letter if u will not respond, even though I was attentive entire day and was responding to their calls and messages they forced me to upload the documents within half n hour.Be carefull with this company....Read More
