As far work culture is concerned..Intelenet has none. Managers and AVP do whatever they want..they themselves do not follow any of the rules and expect employees to adhere to their self made rule. It’s unfortunate that a company where you have contributed 3 and half years of professiona l career, gave no importance to your personal situation rather cornered you for not belonging from their region(TAMIL/TELUGU). Sad thing is these “managers/team leaders” have lesser experience in People Management however have been in the very same organisation for more than 08 years.
