No worst working for . No one appreciate your work . Specially if you are part of IT team . My laptop has a SSD issue I had told my company n number of time but no one listen and it's been 1.5 year I have been telling about same to.multiple leadership. But uhhh . High leadership is just worst . No good changes . I missed time when vikas was our director . New leadership joins . Make useless changes remove alll our benefits . Decreased increament scale . The job security is good.

The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. Those who getting the higher position are corrupted and pollute whole culture of the company. The employee care should be more active and sharp to handle those so called higher production managers.

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.

Pathetic work culture in TP, no support from HR end all are just 12th pass hired HR they don’t even know how to behave with the people with employees they guys behaving like we are owner of the company. I will never suggest to anyone to join TP.

Manupulative nature of some bosses at ley level creates deadlock but overall organizational environment allows for involving management to mitigate those deadlocks are really handy inresolving the problems really comes handy

No one helped when i raised mental harassment because of the director and wanted to leave the company on spot. Infact i was asked to pay and then leave but when i am not mentally ok to work how can work their and the director who mentally harassed always kept asking me to put down my papers and he will waive off notice period but this never happend

I don't like this company as such it sucks but the process I worked in starting it was heaven but after the new maneger it become hell for ever employee.

Company's manager are very toxic and manipulating in nature. They will tell that you'll get the promotion and then after afterwards start ploting politics between employees.

nothing, work is easy but it is made difficult by doing nitpicking in your work if you take stand for yourself on logical points and as per policy. but yes salary comes on time on the last day of the month but if you get late then it is upto your manager if thinks then he may mark it as half day. it doesn’t happen generally anywhere. and they split your weekoffs and they sometimes give you difficult cases of others to you in which you may have escalations....Read More

Somehow the supervisor has no clue about the technical process at all, all the seniors manages treats agents as s**t. They don't care about the agents at all. Never come to Teleperformance unless that is the only option you have left.
