Company know that Uber work is doing work from home but they called agent to work on office .many tenure agent leave the company just because of they could not come to the office. Many agent are belong to out of indore and tp salary is not sufficient for managing family requirements. I don't like this company as such it sucks but the process I worked in starting it was heaven but after the new maneger it become hell for ever employee.
Company's manager are very toxic and manipulating in nature. They will tell that you'll get the promotion and then after afterwards start ploting politics between employees.

The job security is good.
The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. I did not like any of the teleperformance staff. From Tl to manager, no one manages the work load and creates work pressure without any reason. As if they do not need to work, they start finding faults by picking up random calls of employees, just like if you are driving a car on the road, you are not following some rules or the other.

They can hire more then 400 people at a time.
