They told us while hiring that we would be permanent employee but gave us notice period without even listening to us as soon as the client decided to not work with the company even though the team performed very well. The thing is they are not listening anything the employees ask if them and we saying it's not in our hands.

There is a positive working environment within my team and kind of projects we get are very different from each other providing learning and development opportunities.

The salary growth and appraisal are very poor. There is hardly any salary growth here.

Dislikes are high however Point no.1 There is no fun party if they contected also it would come to our ears .. When client visit that time they game employee of the month not every month .Food court lot of cockroaches.. Their canteen also very worst hair in puff and samosa I showed it to that vendor... I don't like this company as such it sucks but the process I worked in starting it was heaven but after the new maneger it become hell for ever employee.

Company's manager are very toxic and manipulating in nature. They will tell that you'll get the promotion and then after afterwards start ploting politics between employees.

nothing, work is easy but it is made difficult by doing nitpicking in your work if you take stand for yourself on logical points and as per policy. but yes salary comes on time on the last day of the month but if you get late then it is upto your manager if thinks then he may mark it as half day. it doesn’t happen generally anywhere. and they split your weekoffs and they sometimes give you difficult cases of others to you in which you may have escalations....Read More

Somehow the supervisor has no clue about the technical process at all, all the seniors manages treats agents as s**t. They don't care about the agents at all. Never come to Teleperformance unless that is the only option you have left.
