Dislikes

The organization needs a bit of a make-over towards it's work culture and it's operational design in terms with operational responsibility within the hierarchy. Having said so is my personal opinion.

I had joined the organization as Manager, CSD (Telecom) and was promoted to as Operations Head (Telecom).
