Poor Appraisals.. Unanimous decisions on pay hikes without discussing with employees.. Lame excuses ..they marked LOP even after a leave is applied.. They Spam personal email ID daily with promotions, login updates..

Very less that I like about this company. Only thing that I appreciate is they approved my emergency leaves of 5 days due to medical reasons.

Dislikes

- Doesn't care about employee wellbeing. - No hike/appraisals. - They want employee's part to benefit themselves, in terms of leaves.

Excellent HR and Management. Everyone are easy to access and ready to help you at any barrier. The way people treat each other is just what everyone wants (awesome). Remote work flexibility offered here is very helpful to cut unnecessary expenses. Overall, its all about 'you and you' because you feel very respected if you join this company (something that everyone craves for at workplace).

Dislikes

Apart from providing just a subscription to self learning platforms like Udemy etc., there is no company's provided internal skill training offered. Also no option for cross-training people for other skills if anyone is interested to learn and apply in new challenges/domains. Lastly, you only survive here if you are on a project, if no project in hand then you will be asked to leave.

It provides wfh, atleast they provide little hike as compared who don't provide hikes.

The work culture is toxic. If you get into a good project u r lucky. But if u r under toxic manager/ team it's not gonna work. People in hyd office are really toxic, there is a lot of discrimination based on where u belong, there is a lot of politics in the room. I am having bad experience where I am aligned now. Tek System in Bannerghatta road Bangalore is very terrible. They will definitely hire you and offer with one of the clients. Employees payroll everything will be under Tek Systems, only work with clients. This Tek Systems is not giving any hike or appraisal from 2021. Lekha is one of the HR in Tek Systems, she is arrogant, dominance, not able to hear employees words.

Dislikes

1)Lekha is blody HR. 2)No appraisal or hike for the working with clients. 3) Tek Systems easily blame on Clients company HR that they are not giving hike or appraisal.
