Worst management, not a single capable manager in the entire organization. Projects have more idle managers than actual working team members. Managers are biased to their acquaintances and booze buddies. Rules change from person to person and its utter useless company

Boring, No growth. Management is worst. All useless and fit for nothing senior citizens are made managers who try to safe guard their jobs by making employees sorry workers scapegoats. They make horses do donkeys job and pigs do horses job

Its really to good to with TEK but the management people not having the quality of giving the chance to an employee to share their view. Otherwise good work culture
