Excellent HR and Management. Everyone are easy to access and ready to help you at any barrier. The way people treat each other is just what everyone wants (awesome). Remote work flexibility offered here is very helpful to cut unnecessary expenses. Overall, its all about 'you and you' because you feel very respected if you join this company (something that everyone craves for at workplace).

Dislikes

Apart from providing just a subscription to self learning platforms like Udemy etc., there is no company's provided internal skill training offered. Also no option for cross-training people for other skills if anyone is interested to learn and apply in new challenges/domains. Lastly, you only survive here if you are on a project, if no project in hand then you will be asked to leave.

Initially it seemed really promising and encouraging to be given priority for upskilling

Dislikes

Lot of imposters are hired. The imposters in your team are boasted as high skill candidates to the client. And it's TL's job to cover up. There are some partnerships with major cloud tech which comes with reaching targets to complete certifications. So they force you to complete certifications which has nothing to do with your skillset.

Secure place to work. Office politics doesn't exists compared to other service based companies. Your interest are considered and management tries to make that happen. And if you want to move out of project, slowly transition can happen as for service based companies client is always priority. But moderate follow ups and skill assessment can help get out of job.
