Management is supportive and at least everyone from higher management gives you a call to know how the things are going and that works and motivates you everytime.

Dislikes

They are two big boot lickers who are fooling the whole tekshapers. They don't work for companies revenue. They only work to save their back and luck is favouring them everytime.
