It was not good, family politics and some management people are playing political role and you can't survive, doesn't matter you are hard working or not,if you are there relatives then only you are getting growth otherwise nothing will happen.

The nature of taknovace company is very good, the owners of this company are very good, and the managers are also very good and they also pay the salary on time. Even today I wholeheartedly support teknovace and would definitely like to join it again in the future.

Whenever the work season slows down and starts falling short, no company keeps any employee for long; it forgets the work done in the past.
