Honestly, I'm here for more than a year and there is nothing I dislike about Tecxar. I love everything they do. The reason is they always maintain transparency between management, seniors to freshers and always treats everyone with the same respect.

Very supportive staff, good handholding process. The managers especially the cofounders do factor in the ups and downs of market which I have never seen in any company in the past. The targets and expectations were as per my job role and I still enjoy. I feel like a family here. I was looking for a long term opportunity to get connected with the people of right mind set and as I see my career growing with Tecxar and the growth it has achieved in past 3 years since inception is commendable. I feel glad to be part of this growth. Technically, it is not just web or mobile development projects but also DT, AI, ML, IoT, AWS, Blockchain etc, application suites. Some problematic team mates ruin the culture of the company. Management is allowing employees to come up but the ungrateful employees just are not good.

Work policy: I had some emergency, so the company allowed me as per my preference post discussion and approval from management. I am glad they helped me in my difficult situation and I am forever grateful.
