Manager was good in all terms as he was from technical background/experience. CTC offered was good.

They will lure you with good CTC offer but as soon as or if anytime client makes changes in payment or wants to reduce budget or anything you will be shown exit door with straight forward with no prior intimation and with no Notice Period for you to find some other opportunities. Very unprofessional behaviour even from CEO/MD(Sreenath) No timely execution of any policy or anything like appraisal. No defination of any processes such as exit process Worst finance/PF team. No option to enroll into VPF scheme as they believe deductions for such schemes will put company in trouble during Audits. Very bad experience overall. Earlier they had given WFH, now it's not there...they will throw booze parties.

No work life balance..make u work around the clock..no weekends or holidays. Will kick you out by hearing grape vine thoughts told by Senior employees. Toxic culture ..only .net client in Tectoro is GGH ..usually they don't care about employ concerns.

No work life balance you are like a slave to them and they don't treat you like a normal person. none of the experienced candidates who joined in company stays longer period.
