I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. In my opinion The only bad thing here about Tecsidel is dirty site politics which is obviously not a new things in corporate sector. Don't knw where is the Gap but the promotion/Appraisal system is very bad at Tecsidel they never gave the promotion based on how you perform in company. Refrence employees always have some extra benifit which is observed.
