->Office gossip and backbiting. ->No job security. ->Even if you are too good at your work they will layoff you anytime(EVERYTIME THEY SAY TO RESIGN), BE READY ->The Excuse they give to Freshers for layoff- "You are not Client ready"...Even if you have lots of communication skills they will give this reason at the end. ->They do unnecessary hiring only to showoff and at the layoff those employees due to lack of funds and give necessary excuses ->No proper guidance for Trainees by the Team Lead. ->There are some shoe lickers you will find within the company. ->The office is full of cigarette smoke all around, if you are a non-smoker there is no proper place in the office not even a balcony for relaxing without the smell of cigarettes....Read More
