It's been just above 2 months, and things are great so far. Nothing as such to complain about. I feel I'm not that great like I used to before and there's a lot I'm learning each day here.

Not a dislike but a suggestion, This is a straightforward company which you'll either love or hate, it's not for everyone, it's not that sugar coated fancy talk corporate atmosphere. Everyone is made accountable for every step they take and everyone should know how they are adding value to the company each day. What I like most about working at TechUpLabs is the flexible working hours. There are no strict rules requiring us to work from 9 AM to 5 PM. We have the independence to choose the times that are most productive for us. Additionally, we receive our salary at the end of the same month.
